   We have over 35 years experience in building maintenance services in providing efficient, cost effective and professional custodial cleaning services.

That’s why we’ve developed and implemented a comprehensive safety management training program—ensuring every member of our team is equipped to work safely, efficiently, and with confidence.

   Regular worksite safety inspections are executed to identify, correct and prevent potential safety hazards on the sites we service.

   All Nexx-Gen employees receive the provincially mandated safety training as well as specialized training for their assigned duties. Our office boardroom facilities makes learning health and safety enjoyable through the use of modern audio-visual interactive technologies.

Nexx-Gen Janitorial Solutions INC. collaborates closely with our clients’ ISO representatives to ensure full compliance with all documented cleaning and maintenance procedures. To maintain clear communication, we utilize in-house logbooks for recording requests and addressing any last-minute issues. Regular client meetings and site walkthroughs help ensure all expectations are consistently met. Additionally, we provide a detailed work schedule and a checklist of duties to clearly define expectations and align with the client’s requirements.
